    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Yes. Auctiva Shop is run by Auctiva Online Services LLC, the same team behind the Auctiva multi-channel selling software at auctiva.com. Everything sold here is official Auctiva-branded merchandise.

  • Do I need an Auctiva subscription to order?

    No. The shop is open to everyone, subscriber or not. If you do want to try the software, auctiva.com has a 30-day free trial.

  • I need help with my Auctiva software account — can you help here?

    This shop handles merchandise orders only. For anything to do with your Auctiva listing software, billing or marketplace integrations, please go to auctiva.com — the shop team cannot access software accounts.
